      Ping always gets philosophical on my statuses :P I just don't like having to deal with other people to get something done-group projects for example, I much prefer doing the work myself so that I can be assured that it's up to my standards and done when I want it done

    So TIL that just because you CAN set /com_maxfps to 500, doesn't mean you SHOULD...

      I set it to 125 on recommendation of someone else, especially since setting it much higher gave me constant "Connection Interrupted" :(

      Yeah my brother and I are sharing it, since he's paying for all of the parts :P I don't have enough money to build a decent one on my own. As for the specs, I don't remember exactly what we picked out but the total cost (minus peripherals) is about $1000

      Also Hoth CTF is so bright that the disruptor is useless...and elevators need to be fixed...that's the great thing about playing a 10 year old game, no patches :/

      I just don't get how people can manage looking around with the controller...maybe it's just because I started out on mouse and keyboard but looking around in first person with the mouse just feels way more natural
