  As long as the windows are "closed" (as in you can't see the outside), it should be fairly easy to set up LOTS of Areaportals, Hintportals and Antiportals.
  http://map-forge.net/wiki/doku.php?id=tutorials:hintportals_data:hintportals1 about Hintportals; Areaportals should be used inside the func_doors you may have. As for the Antiportals, you should put them inside the walls (lacking a better description).
