I think you should add armor like in the second picture and the robes should be more grey than brown. Funny though that the mask in the first picture is incorrectly colored.

 

I wanted to have him more Jedi-like. In every version he has this badass armor. But I could add wrist-protector on the hand

So I´ve chosen this KOTOR 1 Jedi head for Revan. According to wookipedia he had dark brown hair and eyes so I´ve recolored them. SW TOR head was too old for his younger days.

Thank you but not really . Kotor 1 head is good. It fits more than SWTOR design  I like shorter hair for him.

That's not Revan's head, it is the Male Exile one from KOTOR II.

For a start, the male Revan's head is this. It's easy to find in Kotor 1's folders or even in a few Kotor 2 mods.

It would be nice to see that head in JKA. That's my favorite one in K1, which is also added to K2 via a mod.

No, but it can be rigged.

Canonical Revan face (thank you friends). I had to paint it over original head in photoshop on rigged face. So it has also eyes/mouth movement. Unfortunately I can´t remove chin beard so I had to let it as this (aslong he is using beard in later days)

Actually, with a bit of skinning, it looks as if it's been bare originally. It's been done before in K2 itself.

I know but i havent ported whole head. I´ve copied Revan´s head texture over previous exile head. It has nearly same order in texture but chin is somehow separated so it looks unnatural when I copy skin texture over it.
