Is there any way to convert the Rogue Shadow model into a .md3 file?

 

I'd like to make into a replacement of the model of the Raven's Claw, but I don't know how to make the model into a .md3 file (which is what the Raven's Claw is in Outcast and Academy as a map object)

Ren looks good but there's a detail that is incorrect: his right hand should be gloveless like in the comic
