The stripes are meant to be on it, part of the robe design if that's what you mean

* Yeah, I see something weird on the tunic. The stripes of the tunic seems to have some blue pixels and this is not only you. Because I too had noted the same weird pixels when I playing. Who knows whats the issue then.

It might be the crappy JPG format bringing out the bluey-purple color I have there. In the PSD's, it's only hinted.

You can say that about any model's textures though. This issue isn't exclusive to this one.

I was always told to use JPG when you're not having any transparency. I could however just remove the color.

png is not going to be compressed on saving , so it MIGHT work but I cant make any promises here

png preserves quality (unlike a jpg), but I doubt it'll make a difference here.
