Cameras in jka? how vs jk2?

I was helping a friend convert his jk2 map to jka, and he has cameras. Everything in map is working except those.

 

They work in jk2 but not jka.

 

How exactly are cameras made in jka, and is it impossible to have ones that work in both games?

Cameras are exactly the same between the games. The only (major) difference is that the script_targetname for the player in JK2 is "kyle", while the script_targetname in JKA is "player". So anything that affect()s "kyle" will need to affect "player" instead.

 

EDIT: I'm talking about cinematic cameras and ICARUS, specifically

Well in jk2 it's a shader. I'm on my mac right now so can't post, but I'll post if people think I could alter the shader to make it work for both somehow.

Do you mean 'script', not 'shader'? :P Thats fine. We may be able to edit it possibly, so if you can post it, that would be great!
