Hey I was wondering if anyone was willing to make a fix on the ee-3 model, the tags for it are broken and it fires from the wrong point of origin. I'd love it to have a hand model like the ultimate weapons pack included,but that may be a bit of an ask. I tried to do this myself and failed so if there is someone willing or at least able to point me to editing the weapon in blender, I'd much appreciate it

I'm not so worried about the skin quality atm. It's just a wip to see if there is interest.

Thanks for the constructive criticisms I have those troopers laying around still, I just need to give them some shaders mainly.

Such an old game, I still can't believe the source was ever released, I look forward to seeing the future of this game, the various fixes and rend-2. I am still to much of a novice to even understand programming or how to even get openjk.Is their a version available?

I was wondering if i could get some help with a problem,
I am trying to edit a weapon .glm in blender using mr.Wonko's tools, but when I import the .Glm it doesnt show up.
Any advice would be helpful.

The top of the helmet of the green jetpack version doesn't match the rest of the helmet. Just noticed that.

I disagree. The face looks fine.
The neck looks a little long on his head, with the helmet off. He looks a little like a giraffe. The seam right below each shoulder pad is what bothers be the most (the hard color difference)
Overall, looks very good. What are your plans for a female body type? How about maybe RGB/color options?
I have been reading up on rgb shaders and how they are set up, as I'd like to use them eventually. The fem body is just a skinnier version with boobs, It's not the best at this point.

Whoa nice. What is "kitbash"?
My main critique here is that the face skin color is too saturated. Makes him look pale.
Kit bash. what I mean by that is when Ive taken a model part and frankensteined it.It's more of a warhammer term

What's new?
- tags for flamethrower and Jetpack fixed so they will work in singleplayer
- singleplayer species creation options
- new shaders for more details
- new model parts kitbashed in
- better quality skins with more options
- female bodytype and jango body may be included
Once i have a few permissions I'll probably release this in a pack. here are some pics

The only problem I see here with eezstreets suggestion is that it is a bit easy to edit a ported file slightly, then it isn't 100% ported.What percentage of change would have to be in effect for it to be ok? Hope I worded it right, my head is sore from reading this thread.

at the end of the jk2 demo, there is a realtime reflect map on the hangar floor,i want to know what the name of that texture is?

Why not make a simple room a model?
It could have custom animations as well that way.
It would be relatively time consuming to build, I presume, very little loadtime and could even be quite small then scaled to the size of the menu.

This is a test from my own build I thought I'd share,
it is Boba Fett's HUD.
includes a rangefinder (Bind zoom to a key)
includes scope (bind la_zoom to a key)
It is intended for first person view with guns.

this is just a beta for people to play with, final will be a completely new file, not using others work to build off
