I don't mind seeing non-Star Wars models in Jedi Academy/Outcast. We already have a lot of them, so I don't see a reason why it should be a problem. Every model, no matter if Star Wars related or not, is another way to use Jedi Academy/Outcast
I'm a lifelong Star Wars fan, and I really appreciate every well made model based on the movies. But sometimes, I really like to see something different, something that must not be necessarily related to Star Wars. It can be anything, from Pirates of the Carribean to Star Trek. For example, somebody released the Laser Screwdriver from Doctor Who last week, which brought a little variety.
Sometimes, I rather like to see requests to things outside Star Wars than reading the 2187th requests about porting higher quality The Clone Wars models to Jedi Academy.
I totally agree, there are several non-Star Wars models that we got on here like from Animes, Video Games, and even Sci-Fi films that aren't Star Wars.

Kitbash =/= port, though.
Yes, I mean port. We can port this model into JKA. Since nowadays Star Wars is owned by Disney and Pirates of the Caribbean is also Disney, there should be a unique crossover with Jedi and Pirates.

You can find one in Mr Wonko's site.
This model I found is way better than those other Captain Jack Sparrow models in Jedi Academy. He clearly has that Johnny Depp look in Kingdom Hearts 2. And I'd say this is perfect to kitbash him in Jedi Academy.

I found a perfect model of Captain Jack Sparrow that we can easily kitbash into Jedi Academy! This model is from his Kingdom Hearts 2 appearance, an RPG game which is like Final Fantasy meets Disney. Maybe his pirate sword would also make a good weapon for him to use in Jedi Academy.
Here's the link to the model: http://www.models-resource.com/playstation_2/kingdomhearts2/model/1488/

Good news guys! I actually found the perfect models of Rick Deckard and his Blaster! They were both made by this guy called Luis Belerique.

I gotta say that Chirrut Îmwe played by Donnie Yen in the upcoming Rogue One film is a pretty kick-ass character. He slashs Stormtroopers with his own weapon that's not a lightsaber. I'm already starting to love Chirrut Îmwe because his style feels more like a Shogun in Star Wars, and I would totally dig that one. Was totally hoping there should be a totally cool model of him and his sweet weapon.

If Jedi Academy only had a better vehicle system, vehicles like that would be great to see.
I thought Jedi Academy let's you fly vehicles in space. Here's a video I found with the pilot on several Starfighters that he's flying with in space.

I requested before about a Star Tours Officers, but now I thought it'd be cool to fly around the StarSpeeder 1000 in Jedi Academy based on the Star Tours ride in Disneyland. R2-D2 and C-3PO were there in the ship for the ride. There's always some good things you guys gotta love from Disneyland, and that of course includes everything of Star Wars.

Funny you should mention that, I did some more work on the Underworld Police today and the result looks even more like that picture:
There's also a Balmorran Arms security officer as featured in the latest issue of Tales From The Clone Wars (though they're non-descript enough to serve as generic mercenaries):
And the last of today's offerings is a concept model for a Republic 'special forces' style non-clone trooper:
Those look way cooler and more so like the Kerberos Panzer Cops. lol

I made a request thread for this yesterday but today I had a sudden idea on how I could kitbash the following:
Just a first draft for now - still some tinkering left to do to make him more screen-accurate.
I was going to have to say that this Coruscant Underworld Police Guard kinda reminds me of a Kerberos Panzer Cop but made in a Star Wars fashion.

Yeah, I just gotta fix up all the skins I've done and .pk3 them, I gotta get icons done for them as well.
My pack that I release will hopefully contain: Nova Troopers, this Star Tours Officer, Admiral Yularen, and Prototype Fett. I've been meaning to release them all sooner.
By the way, did you remove some of the rust marks on the Prototype Boba Fett?
-
Ok i actually reduced the vertices of and weighed Han's jacket from Battlefront
Just the jacket though. Also I still have some weighting to fix. It's pretty dark though.
Oh yeah!!! Han Solo deserves his own song to dance! He's Han Solo Bro!

Of course. A few moments.

Pretty cool!! You should release this Star Tours Officer on here.

How's this, sir?
Looks pretty decent! Can I also see the legs?
-
Don't you guys mean by this full original ride of Star Tours?
-
Have any of you guys ever visited the Star Tours ride at Disneyland and went over to the Star Tours Gift Shop just so you're finding one colorful Imperial Officer? That rights guys, I'm talking about the Star Tours Officer! He's basically a repainted Imperial Officer but to make it look more like one of the Star Tours staff members. You can even find him in the Star Tours Boarding Party set.

Man, watching this scene of Finn fighting off TR-8R makes me feel like I'm actually watching an episode of Kamen Rider.

Hey @@Seven, I have one amazing idea that I was hoping if you like to make one. It is an R2-D2 Gundam! Here's what I think would be nice, Kitbash a JKA model of R2-D2's head and place it on this RX-78-2 Gundam Body. And then also color in on the body to match it like R2-D2's skin. That'll totally work out this way.

Here's another video I found with Darth Vader speaking to the Emperor in Japanese. It almost feels like Queen Beryl is speaking with Queen Metalia.

I wonder if there was a model of a Balosar sleazebag that goes by the name of Alan Sleazebaggano AKA the guy who tries to sell Obi-Wan Kenobi death sticks at the Outlander Club? He's the one that's asking "You wanna buy some death sticks?". But yeah, he has a human look and alien antennas. And he's got plenty of death sticks to share with you guys...
