Ok so I was trying to play this Star Wars Dark Forces Remake Mod which is for Jedi Academy, and I'm just running at a slight problem playing through it. I'm using Windows 10 which is what I also am playing Jedi Academy on Steam. What I did is that I tried to create a shortcut to the jasp file in GameData and placed it on my desktop, then I added the "+set fs_game dfmod" over the target line in the jasp file, and then all of a sudden the game has some weird bugs that I'm encountering even while viewing through the briefing screen with Mon Mothma. I honestly want to ask, how do I properly get this Dark Forces Remake Mod to work even while I'm playing the Steam Version of Jedi Academy?
Here are some screenshots I have as an example: https://imgur.com/a/star-wars-dark-forces-remake-mod-screenshots-0rYwOeL

I know it's been a while since I haven't been able to post much on here, but I'm rather wondering. Has there ever been a Mara Jade Lightsaber Hilt from Mysteries of the Sith being featured around here? Cause I know that there's this Dark Forces II Saber Pack which was released on here before, but I always thought where would Mara Jade's Saber be from Mysteries of the SIth that would be held upon over in Jedi Academy. I found a model of the Saber right here that might look good for the game.

Hello, I would like someone to help me out on this one thing that I've been looking for. It's this one Multiplayer Mod made for Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, it involves the player having to fall through a long pipe that almost plays like in the Fuel Station level where Kyle goes down through a tunnel. And it haves that Heavy Metal music that plays in the background as your player falls until you reach to the bottom and score a point. What's that Multiplayer Level called?

Had a little play with it. Had to remove the skybox and just used a very low res one lol. and a few textures I removed. (prob more than I should of due to some overlapping. I think you can still see on the floor that there is some shimmering going on.
Def possible to port. If your willing to put some time into it. e.g. improving the textures, especially on say the ship that was never designed to be looked up at close. And give it decent lighting with maybe some light emitting shaders.
I only really played with it for about 30 mins though just to show it in game. Put some time into and it could look pretty decent.
Also not quite sure what those barriers are at the start? Maybe thats like an invisble wall in the original game to stop people going to far back or forward? idk
Looks great!! I think one of those other things it can be added to the map are those red Laser Gates from like the middle of the stage. And I think a Custom Skybox with the Death Star on one side and the planet Coruscant on the other side. I think this Star Destroyer map would be great for those that played Soul Calibur IV and would like to reimagine it in Jedi Academy!

Guess what guys? I actually found the Star Destroyer Docking Bay Stage from Soul Calibur IV ported as a model. But I have to admit, look at the size of that thing!

I have this intriguing idea and I'm sure no one has suggested it before, or I could be wrong. Anyways, I was hoping if Jedi Academy could have like that Star Destroyer Docking Bay from Soul Calibur IV to be playable as a Duel Map for Multiplayer. I definitely want to see Yoda, Darth Vader, and Galen Marek clash at each other with their force powers in a game like Jedi Academy.

BTW I found a song that may seem rather fitting whether the Cylons burned down factories while they run on battery. Cause THEY ARE THE CYLON!
-
Ah yes, what other types of armored troops have we've not even seen in a long time? Darktroopers? Shadow Troopers? How about a Cylon Centurion in Jedi Academy? I've always wanted to kind of play as a Cylon in the game with a couple of awesome vocoder phrases that they make. Likewise I've seen the Battlestar Galactica ships that we definitely own on here, but now I'm just thinking of the Centurion Cylons that they could be in good use for replacing the regular Stormtroopers with those guys!
Now anyways, I actually have saw some unreleased model of the Cylon which was once made by HapSlash. Though they're only screenshots, you can check them out on his website. But for now I'm still hoping out there might be a Cylon model that would be perfect for Jedi Academy. Fingers crossed.

Hey guys, I've been wanting to ask you all if you seen some photographs of what appears to be the upcoming Star Wars TV Show directed by Happy Hogan featuring a Mandalorian? Cause if you seen some screenshots of them, I was also wondering if anyone's working on a model of that Mandalorian Armor that has yet to air on TV? Plus that blaster rifle that he has from the show looks more like the one Boba Fett was holding in the Star Wars: Holiday Special. I know this may be too early to request for the new Mandalorian Armor plus the Blaster Rifle, but for now I was only hoping what any of you think of this new Star Wars show that might contain Iron Man references?

BTW do you guys think it would be an interesting idea to add a red robe or snuggie on one of our Wookiee models around here?

Hey guys, Happy Life Day to you all!!! This year actually marks 40 Years of the notoriously awful Star Wars Holiday Special that aired on CBS in 1978. There are some moments where the scenes show little of the well known main Star Wars characters that we saw on screen, but then the rest of the special focuses on Chewie's family and that is his wife, father, and son named Lumpy. Yeah the special does show some acrobatic performers, some live skits, and of course let's not forget the actual true amazing first appearance of iconic bounty hunter, Boba Fett! His debut was in the animated short "The Pride of a Wookiee", where Luke and the droids find Han and Chewie crash landing on the goopy rivers of Panna, here they encounter a large water creature and then meet Boba Fett along the side. I mean who can never forget Boba Fett talk or using some kind of triple arch-like beam rifle that he never even owns in one of those movies? None other the less it's nice to see him in the Holiday Special about two years before making his live appearance in Empire Strikes Back. So tell me what are your favorite cheesy moments in this special?

While of course there are several well known youngings in the Star Wars Universe, but only one young Padawan took on many Clone Troopers and that is Zett Jukassa. In case you did not know about him, he is in fact played by George Lucas' son Jett Lucas whom which they used his first name by changing the "J" to a "Z" by making it sound cooler! Now anyways, haven't I remembered that there was a Zett Jukassa model that was seen in Movie Battles? If not, than can we make one here?

I did this as a skin years ago and if you use the saber that comes with it looks better. Note I didn't make the saber.

Oh that's interesting, I'm surprised I haven't seen this uploaded on JKHub. Would be cool to use her in the game.

Hey @@Jeff, sorry to bother you, but I was curious if you actually made an Arden Lyn model before?
-
I don't know if we do have an Arden Lyn mod, but I would hopefully want her in a Jedi Academy game. She originally first appeared in a cringeworthy Star Wars Fighting Game called Masters of Teras Kasi. She was never armed with weapons, her only move in the game she has is basically her right prosthetic arm that she uses to punch her opponents almost like if she's trying to be like Jun Kazama. Now that's out of the way, should we basically use this Star Wars prosthetic gal in Jedi Academy?

Wow, this is amazing!! This is actually just like my request for the Adult Han Solo in his Younger Clothing!
-
Now that's awesome!! Glad to see Han Solo looking stylish with his original outfit! Hope he'll do Lando next.
-
Yeah, let's wait for the solo movie. I'm sure people like @@Scerendo will be working on player models for that.
Patience, my young padawan.
Ok so today is the release of the Han Solo Movie (No Spoilers this time), now can someone work on making the Adult Han and Lando wearing their original casual style outfits from the movie for me?
-
There is a Kyle Katarn model which is a little bit like the Obi Wan Concept Art (Figure)
https://jkhub.org/files/file/1108-kyle-katarn-stealth-jedi-gear/
But those shoulders aren't like the ones in the concept art, unless if someone on here who is so good at making Star Wars models that should easily make influnces from one of the concept arts can do one for this one.
-
I know there are several people on here that requested Star Wars First Draft Concepts for each character in Jedi Academy, but how about some Prequel Early Concepts like in The Phantom Menace? Like when Obi-Wan Kenobi was a badass Samurai-like wearing black armor rather than his traditional Jedi tunic and using a Green Lightsaber. Plus I have to point out that his hairstyle looked so different since it was long and had like a ponytail on the back, and there's also his actual hairstyle like in the movie. Can anyone do this for me?

Now I know this may be too early to request such characters from the upcoming Solo movie, but for those two characters that we all know of, what if Han Solo and Lando Calrissian as adults from the OT would dress themselves as their younger casual outfits that we'll see in the new Solo movie? I mean looking at Han in this screenshot, he's like wearing a brown jacket with a blackish blue shirt rather than the blue jacket and white shirt. As for Lando, he doesn't seem to wear his snazzy Cloud City outfit with an awesome cape, he actually wears yellow like if it's his Game of Death to win at Sabacc with Han for the Millennium Falcon. I mean wouldn't that be cool if Han and Lando as adults still wear their casual outfits?
-
Good thing he can't reproduce.
Well because all Gungans are fish based. Am I right?
-
Well this may seem like an unusual request for a Star Wars character, but I'm just looking through on what Early Concept character hasn't been made in Jedi Academy. It could be like a human creature from underwater or uh.... NAKED JAR JAR ANYONE!?
Trying to play the Dark Forces Remake Mod for Jedi Academy on Windows 10

I actually tried doing that one but somehow the result that I get upon entering the Dark Forces Remake Mod is slightly worse. It's just kinda weird how it doesn't want to play on Windows 10.
I have a photograph example:
