  1. This.
  2. Also, be sure to run as administrator (set jamp.exe's compatibility to do this)
  3. By the boot screen, I assume you mean the Jedi Academy splash screen?
  4. Maybe some sort of RPG-ness where you can invest points in stuff like force, guns, saber? ignore me, I am silly
  5. Is this a mod based on OpenJK?
  6. Torrent might be good for stuff like MB2. But for general files, it's not such a good idea.
  7. Write your own, stating that the author could not be reached because you couldn't find an appropriate readme. If you have to, try and do some digging on each file to find the author. Be sure to package it up in any original .zip files that you found things in, and be sure to state how you found the files as well.
  8. You may submit the files if you aren't aware how to contact the author/they are unreachable. There is a section of the rules which clarifies this:
  9. Hi, Maybe you could contact the original authors of the files and see if you get could them hosted here? I'd hate to see these links expire or something.
  10. I'm confused though. What do we need concepts for?
  11. No, I guess it wouldn't. /me puts @@Raz0r on the spot
  12. My Documents/OpenJK I think, or My Documents/My Games/OpenJK
  13. Art and Technology I guess?
  14. I can't really see a whole lot of posts being under such a section and I don't know if they would have a significant impact on the mod.
  15. So...post a thread?
  16. It'd probably be low priority. I don't see the point really.
  17. I'm not sure if that would need a whole forum. Maybe a thread?
  18. You mean in the forum, or ingame?
  19. Why are you still using XP > And no, I've never had issues with Intellisense like that.
  20. I suppose if you had a bunch of dynamic lights..
  21. I've always had an issue with them since they were changed a while ago. They were way too vague and stiff. I wrote up this change and we voted on it.
  22. Well, ya...ghoul2 does this already with like 99% of anims as it is..
  23. For simple lip sync, we just need to add a .lip file for each line of dialogue. For gestures, facial expressions, etc, we need to make .vdc files. Shouldn't need any ICARUS changes at all.
  24. I'm not worried about the grand scheme of things. Taking it all into perspective causes one to become overwhelmed. If other people want to use my code though, I have no problem; it's all open source as far as I'm concerned.
