  4. I use a combination of 1.4 and 1.5, I love 1.4's click and drag feature and how it's able to deselect individual faces after selecting a brush. I have no idea why they removed those features. 1.5 also can make editing terrain a nightmare. There's also several annoying bugs I have come across on 1.5 that make me rage But that's not to say 1.4 doesn't have its fair share of bugs... like undoing stuff causing duplicates to be made, that was such a bitch in my last mapping project (which I just finished yesterday! how about that? )
  5. With each ME-Themed file you make it makes me want to make a "themed map" for gunslinger's academy. If you don't know this (which I somehow doubt you do) Gunslinger's Academy is very moddable without the code, you can easily make maps that have their own custom weapon set without any prior knowledge. I was thinking N7 special forces vs geth (using your geth player model). Obviously proper credit would be given to you and I wouldn't do it without permission, but I do want a proof-of-concept themed map in Gunslinger's Academy at some point, mass effect or not

I've been around jkhub and the rest of the Jedi Knight community for a while but for whatever reason I rarely remember to introduce myself xD I was recently interviewed along with several others from the JKG team, you guys should go check that out http://jkhub.org/page/index.html/_/interviews/interview-jkgalaxies-r48 But yeah, that's it for now...   11. Plus although the original aim of the project was to more or less copy SWG, the project has (in my opinion) evolved to something much more than that. The combat is much more personal, the feel is obviously a first person shooter than you have complete control over your character, whereas SWG has an auto-combat system with some skills you can use. Admittedly I've only briefly played SWGEmu but I think JKG will become something much better (in a different fashion of course, they're very different and unique in different areas).

It's modified clone armor that I created in a fan fiction that I was collaborating with several others, based on Jedi Knight Galaxies years ago.   14. I can provide a 32 slot server on a temporary basis, I happen to know someone who has a Magnavolge server (they used to run Gunslinger's Academy on it) Anyway, that hydroball mod always intrigued me, but I never downloaded it because I had never seen a server running it. Count me in!
  15. Siege did exist, but afaik it could only be used with a mod (thus needing 1.04) and it was called SAGA game mode.
  16. People have been doing this in JK2 for ages, since at least 2006, but I know both games have been around much longer than that.

  19. The site no longer shows 'we have moved' instead it now immediately redirects to the new site on TG.

Oh, one more edit, you won't (read: shouldn't) catch a virus if you visit the JKG site, the hacked javascript just goes to a russian website that just tries to download an empty .php script. That, or it'll just be a 404. Be cautious though.
