As far as I know, Boba Fett has his own class which is immortal (hardcoded of course). I assume that the developers made it for consistency, because Boba Fett escapes in the cutscene after you defeat him. It would have been silly

to cut his head off just to see him "alive and well" a second later.

I´m creating pack and you know I dont want immortal npcs. Is possible to somehow do npc with abillities of boba (flamethrower, rockets, switching weapons, jetpack) but killable?

Err..have you tried spawning him ingame? Pretty sure he's not immortal by default.

he is immortal even different model with class_bobafett is immortal

Boba Fett cannot die. His Health gets to 1, but it doesn't drop below that. 

 

I think the easiest way to fix it is by scripting.

If he can't go below 1 health, he's probably hardcoded that way and there isn't anything you can do.

er...someone made a 'killable' Boba Fett a long time ago, but they basically replaced his class from Boba Fett to Rocketrooper
