More specific. There are Animations that were used for the ingame Cutscenes in Jedi Outcast that weren't converted to Jedi Academy, this makes it difficult to play the Jedi outcast Campaign in Jedi Academy. 

If you look at the _humanoid/animation.cfg file for Jedi Outcast you'll see what i mean, animations like the Bartender animations on Narshadaa are missing in Jedi Academy.

I don't know how more specific you could get, your question is really simple. Anyway, I am not entirely sure how to do it yourself but there is a mod which moved over all the cutscenes and such from JKO into JKA. Miniology is also working on getting Outcast's animations into JKA's skeleton.
