From scratch of course, havent touched feet hands teeth or tail yet

Really nice! I've always wanted to see a new Rancor model - the Base JA model... seems strange, somehow. I feel that it lacks that scary look from the movie.

 

Though, I read you haven't touched the hands, but Rancors have 4 fingers, as far as I know.

Upon further investigation it would seem hes missing pinkies XD easy fix, ill hold off for now. Still hand painting all the normal maps and textures for TIE Facility

Was playing around with some basic colors and shadows last night...

 

 

 

 

 

The first pic is the low poly version you will see in game with textured decal on so you can see a preview of what it would look like in modview. I dont like it yet because of my lighting in my rendermaps causing those black areas too much so ill play with it on down time
