IrocJeff
For stuff like probe droids and the other ones in the game.. is there anything special that I have to do with their navigation or anything or do I just put all the waypoints, combat points, or nav goals on the Z axis? Link to comment
eezstreet
You have to set the FLYING flag on them. Link to comment
IrocJeff
I put an interrogator in my map but I have no flag for flying. I'm using GTK Radiant 1.4. All NPC's just have 4 boxes with X and a check next to them, then under that the Shy, DroptoFloor, etc... Is one of those x's the flying flag? At any rate, the interrogator spawned and hovered there until I fired at it and it followed and attacked me. Could it be set by default? Link to comment
IrocJeff
You ever watch Futurama? Its how Zoidberg pronounces Robot. He has that Jewish-Catskills accent that's funny. " Again, with the fighting" or saying "What is" in an inquisitive manner instead of saying what is this or what is that. If you watch the Twighlight Zone Rod Serling pronounces it the same way. My family isn't Jewish, but older folks from the North East where i'm from pronounce it that way too. My grandmother always said Robits. Boothand and Asgarath83 like this Link to comment
mrwonko
Just placing waypoints too far off the ground turns them into flying ones, if memory serves. That, or they drop to the floor and you have to change some setting. Either way, use "nav show all" in the console in singleplayer to see how it turned out - yellow waypoints are ordinary ones, blue ones are flying ones, if memory serves. Link to comment
