  1. I can assure you, I will be one of THE FIRST to download it when 7 and 8 are done. But what I'm REALLY looking forward too is a full release.
  2. *In Darth Vader's Voice* The Force has approved of you reviving this mod, @@Teancum.
  3. Be sure to keep that other one from Enter The Dark Lord as a back up in case you can't rig it. But that's AWESOME, man!
  4. Nice to know that they're the KOTOR site everyone can go to.
  5. Of course. Save EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING you possibly can.
  6. @, indeed...:') And everyone else, even if you don't want to comment here, I had to say something because I'm sure you all have great memories of Filefront/Gamefront and how the mods everyone there made improved your love for JK2/JKA and Kotor 1/2. I'm sure some of you even became modders because of what some great modders like Hapslash and Toshi made. So...don't let that memory die. Keep it alive. It keeps what's in your heart and soul alive too.
  7. Thanks for letting me know about that, Kylo. Still, it can't hurt to bring in some of those mods here too for a little extra assurance, right? You can never be too safe these days.
  8. We've only got 10 days left, so...I'll make this quick. I wanted to say that we all love Jedi Knight and the Kotor Duology and want to see it thrive long into the future, but what made it survive were the mods made by the fans of the games who loved them. And so much history, in ten days, will be gone forever when Gamefront closes forever....So...please...take whatever you loved from Gamefront, and put it here. And if there's a Kotor website I'm not aware of, put the Kotor mods there. It's not only the love of the games themselves, but the urge to make them better in terms of graphics, game mechanics, skins, models, weapons and everything in terms of modding that kept them alive. So...we should all do our part to keep these games alive. P.S: I know this might not be the topic to place this, so if it isn't, please move it to the correct topic admins. Even if it's in the Nonsense topic.
  9. Very keen detective work, Lancelot. I hope that everyone here will put this to RIGHTFUL use.
  10. I'm using a Jedi Knight 2 mod that allows you to play the JK2 story in JKA's engine. It's a personal mix of a mod uploaded here and a Jedi Knight Academy Outcast mod that is on Moddb. I modified and combined the scripts so specific scenes such as the Mecha Galak scene work perfectly. The problem is with the music in the levels. The normal explore theme plays at first, but after beating enemies and I'm in the clear, the battle theme of the level keeps playing.
  11. Okay, so I downloaded the latest OpenJK version after becoming curious enough, and it works GREAT with all the mods I have. There's just one problem. So when an enemy appears on the map and I fight him, like a Reborn for example, it's the usual. But when I beat that enemy, the music doesn't turn back to he explore version of the level. It's mostly in the JKO SP maps, but I haven't tested it on the JKA SP maps yet. And this is in OpenJK Single Player, BTW. Anyone else encountered this before while using OpenJK SP?
  12. Err, Seven, you can actually do that yourself. Just download the movie saber pack, take Luke's lightsaber, and then with a little GIMP (Or Photoshop) magic, presto.
  13. I'll keep V1, but I love the work you're doing with it.
  14. I don't think I've seen that variant of Luke Skywalker's Lighsaber model before. Is that a personal variant or did you get it off a certain website, Dark?
  15. My pleasure.
  16. @@Tompa9 that issue has already been addressed on this very website. https://jkhub.org/tutorials/article/137-fix-hapslashs-anakin-model-no-lightsaber-blade/ You're welcome.
  17. Today, I just jumped back into Jedi Academy after A LONG absence (I know, I'm on this site so much and yet I barely played it since last year because of bad Real Life influences, but that's a personal matter that's been resolved) and something caught my eye. I was using something that Serenity (I know, I know. I was on the EOCIV forum and I saw what happened....Shame....) made called the Serenity Jedi Engine that's a part of my mods in my Base. It allows animation speed modification, the ability to remove dead NPC bodies or not, modify the saber lock frequency, dismemberment, show the health meter of friends and allies WITHOUT Force Sense level 3, and even modify the timescale speed all from both the SP and main menus under advanced options. Does anyone think they can make a stand alone mod that allows that, so people can download it from here on JKhub?
  18. A Rayman model in Jedi Academy...? O.o Well...now I've seen everything.
  19. I'm liking what I'm seeing!
  20. Not unless people "add" them on their own.
  21. *Mind explodes.* God D***mit, Dark. As sharp as always.
  22. So now that Filefront is officially closing down...does anyone want to have a back up for all the Kotor 1 and 2 mods that were uploaded there...? It would be a HUGE shame to lose all of that work people spent so much time into to make Knights of the Old Republic even better than it originally was, same with the Sith Lords....:'(

      Barricade24

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea.

I'm pretty sure people at DeadlyStream.com will find a way to preserve the ones they don't already have uploaded.

      TheWhitePhoenix

Yes....Along with JKA and JKO, even though there is a back up already. Couldn't hurt to have more back ups in case one website backup goes down....

  23. People could make a Dark Empire Luke reskin with this!
