I guess you'll have to do it all over again.
That won't happen any time soon. It will be easy to do since I've done it once already now, but it will be time consuming. I have enough to release it once I get the Alpha Channels right but other versions will have to wait unfortunately. ):

Can I also suggest you do a radial blur to the mask that represents the scope tube? Right now is scissors cut, make if fade away so it looks like you are not making focus on the edge of the scope.
Not sure what you mean. I think you mean the gray graphic around the edges? If so I just copied that from the original to be accurate, I was hoping to make a version with a REAL edge as if it were a REAL scope but... well see previous post. *facepalm*

So, because I'm a f---ing idiot, I saved the flattened version of the file overtop of the original PDF. It's at the point where all I have to deal with is the Alpha Channel which I'm almost done with but oh holy mother of god there is a lot of hatred going on right now. >.> It's done, just needs to be polished a bit with the Alpha Channel then I'll upload it just in case anyone is interested.

"Inyri runs on Linux."

and this proves Inyri isn't dead yet
I disagree. I still subscribe to the theory that Inyri is a robot, and never was alive in the first place.

There's definitely some inconsistencies quality-wise, as minilogoguy stated. It looks great though, just needs some polish.

Hey if anyone still plays 3 LMK, we can get an online sesh goin, realistic tricks and hardcore mode only.
If we had it on the same system and I had Xbox Live, then I would buuut I never play online enough to warrant spending the money on it. ):
EDIT: If we could fit in a way to jump on the hoverboards I would be extremely pleased with that, personally. I always thought JA needed more race track maps for swoops and hoverboards, this would make them a lot more fun, and allow you to cruise around other JA levels fairly easy.

His limbs go too far back on the release, it looks very awkward and unnatural.

Dunno why people are going to other engines when they could just take the source to this engine and enhance to thier liking to bring it more up to date, at least then you wont have to recreate the unique and very dynamic saber combat system on another engine.
And wouldn't have to start everything over from near scratch. Listen to this man, he is wise.

Just play EA skate 1/2/3, modding a engine like this when those games emulate skateboarding VERY well it's a total waste of time to do it to this engine.
Exactly. These games blow every other skateboarding game out of the water... playing anything else would just be a disappointing runner up.

Actually it's only about 7 or so.
8 in November. Wii is 7 in November and so is the PS3. Sony is still saying the PS3 is a 10 year console, and I can believe it.

Getting closer for sure. I feel like maybe his jaw isn't wide enough, or maybe his cheeks need to be filled out a tiny bit more. I'm not looking at any references ATM though so I could be wrong.

I can't get the plugins to work so I'm going to have to do it manually. Anyone know an easy way to do it manually? I can't imagine doing it by hand, especially not accurately... at least not without taking a week.

If I didn't already have a hundred projects to get done this summer I'd definitely love to help with the mapping side of things... even just to do the brushwork, and let the texturing/lighting go to someone else. Oh well, either way I hope to see more for this mod.

Great job man, kudos to you.

You could load the model into Blender with my plugin, duplicate it, create a new UV map for the original, then bake the old texture on the new one so you don't have to retexture it. Keeps the weighting intact, can just be re-exported once done. (I actually did that before for a badly UV-mapped but nicely textured model.)
Thanks guys.
I've really got no skills with modeling whatsoever, and probably won't start anytime soon. Maybe down the road.

Thanks @@Mysterious Stranger. Chalk, I use Pinnacle as well - fantastic program.

I remember a couple years back I used to have a mod that allowed me to change the camera perspective using sliders in-game. I just had to hit Escape, and in that normal pause menu in MP there would be sliders I could use to adjust the camera angle with ease - anyone remember or have this?

I was working on a reskin and then realized that one part of the texture I was editing is actually just mirrored onto the model... would I have to completely re-map the model in order to have independent sides of the object? Is there a way around this? I know that base Boba model has a decal on just one shoulder that was overlayed somehow, could I do something similar?

@@Botdra get xnormal's filters for photoshop , the dilation filter does pretty much what you need
Downloading now... mind telling me how it works/how to use it?

I would rather see JK2 and JKA revamped with HD textures, models, shaders, sounds, music, maps, etc. first, at least. But that's just my personal fantasy that I doubt people will get behind.
Also, I heard Unreal is a B to mod in, so GL with that.
Agreed.

I read you guys and we all seem to agree that bringing JO up to date, even if the coders can't get a new renderer to work in there, would be great. I'm playing through JK2 again and the brushwork and level design can be improved a lot without the need of fancy lightning or normal mapping. On the other hand, I see so much talent and dedication and I cannot stop thinking, why redo something that's already done instead of making something completely new, something that reads originality instead of "what you did, we can make better"? I looks like we are only a handful of modders left for this game, most of them already moved on with their lives or to another engine to show up how much detail they can cram up into a single model, I say we open up a thread and discuss what we can do, Star Wars related, as a standalone and original project. Maybe something based on the original trilogy, Pulp Fiction style (multiple stories crossing each other), including not only light sabers but also short stories about Han and Chewie, old Obi Wan, Luke and Biggs, Boba Fett, perhaps a flashback with young Anakin. I thinking about something that shows/explains some things from the movies that already were there but you had to find out about in comics or novels. There's a lot to work on in there. Think about it.
Not to rain on your parade, but as great as this idea is I don't think it'll be as easy as you think. Most modders here don't really want to create something original... that's why we make mods and aren't building a game off of the Unreal or Source engines. Plus after seeing the number of big overhauls that "dedicated modders" made that have failed I don't see an even bigger project working. If you wanna create something original, not only are you going to probably have to look elsewhere, but you may run into some issues with Star Wars related content...

Also nobody has made you a DLL, which would fix the problem in about 2sec. If you had a .menu I could work off of for testing, I could do that.
I'm just going to bump this since I didn't realize I had requested this ages ago, and still think it would be handy.
By .menu you mean just a HUD mod to work from?

Shit got weird REAL fast up in here.

Looks great Szico!! How does QEffects work for the user (not the mapper)? Do I just download it and it works for all of JA? Does it just work for maps that have been made using it? All I know is it looks good.
