    Everthing is fine in the skin file. The easy fix would be just to make them separate models.

    I get the same problem if I switch between skins, if I pick one at the start of the game it works fine. No idea what is causing it.

    The cape that you used, what model is it from?

    You've got textures mixed up with the face and head. What is it you want exactly, if it's just a head swap or a cape added then I can do it pretty quick.

    General Kenobi from the Clone Wars. Credit to Mars Marshall for the Clone Trooper body and hands, HapSlash for the head and I'm not sure who did the textures for parts of the torso it was from the expanded universe pack on the now defunct Jedi Knight files.
