I've been wanting something more from one of Ralph McQuarrie's early concepts into Jedi Academy which of course such as the X-Wing and Y-Wing fighters that looks so different from their designs in the films.

McQuarrie's design should've been used for the T-70 while the newer "reusage" of his design should've been used for the T-85, if you ask me.

What's interesting is that during the production of A New Hope, one of the earlier X-Wing models look more like this.

I'd prefer the ones from the artwork. These seem a bit too...much? The wings seem too high in a vertical sense.
