IrocJeff Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Any ideas as to why this is happening? Out of all the terrain brushes that makes up this trench floor the only these two become invisible.
DarthStevenus Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 I've had that problem with terrain before. Radiant seems to be pretty sensitive with manipulating vertices on a brush. Never did find a solution for it.
ensiform Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 It may also be related to where the map is chopped up into blocks for vis as well. (_blocksize) ? IrocJeff likes this
mrwonko Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 When exporting the map in easygen (assuming that's what you did), see if you can make it snap vertices to the grid. I'm not sure, but this problem may be related to fractional coordinates. I also think the brushes in question might disappear when you run a brush cleanup in radiant... kwenga likes this
Ramikad Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 I also had this bug in the past - it seems that making them detail instead than structural brushes fixed it for me.
