Fire Phoenix Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Can anyone help me with RGB lightsabers? I have to use OpenJK uix86.dll and all mods like JA++ JA+ or that: http://mrwonko.de/jk3files/Jedi%20Academy/Mods/Weapons/115893/require their own uix86.dll. Otherwise it doesnt work. How can I make it compatible with OpenJK or does anyone know an easier way to do it?
Xycaleth Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 You can't use more than one uix86.dll at a time, and there's no way around it unfortunately.
Darth Sion Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 @@Xycaleth Is there any way to remove the RGB sabers from JK: Enhanced? I have my own saber blade mods from kalamaray and I don't think they're working properly, because of the whole RGB sabers thing.
Fire Phoenix Posted September 16, 2016 Author Posted September 16, 2016 You can't use more than one uix86.dll at a time, and there's no way around it unfortunately. That's unfortunate.. But as far as I know Movie Battles II mod uses OpenJK and they use RGB lightsabers as well. Do you know if they use some custom version of OpenJK, modified directly under the mod?

Do you know if they use some custom version of OpenJK, modified directly under the mod?Even if they do, they don't have most of the updates in their UI code that you require. OpenJK is two separate things. An engine replacement and a base mod replacement with fixes like the UI mod improvements.
Fire Phoenix Posted September 16, 2016 Author Posted September 16, 2016 Yeah I know, I was just wondering how did they manage to get it working.
Xycaleth Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 MBII doesn't use OpenJK code. It's built using the JKA SDK.
Darth Sion Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Does anyone here know how to remove RGB sabers from JK: Enhanced, so you can use your own saber mods?
redsaurus Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Just don't choose the RGB saber colour. If you mean the SFX sabers turn them off.
Fire Phoenix Posted September 17, 2016 Author Posted September 17, 2016 Does this mean it's impossible to have RGB sabers with OpenJK?
TheWhitePhoenix Posted September 17, 2016 Posted September 17, 2016 Does this mean it's impossible to have RGB sabers with OpenJK?Not unless you learn how to mod it.
