Langerd Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Ok i made a fan model and want to put it in the engines. I want to make this roatating effect. but there is one problem. I made the engines modelscale 2. But the fan is in the spawnflag - model2 in func_roatating ... in this one spawnflag modelscale doesnt work :/Any ideas what i can do? Asgarath83 likes this
Lazarus Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Is the fan a model? Or are they simple brushes add together with the model? I am at loss at your explination at the moment. Or is the fan part of the model but won't rescale?

But the fan is in the spawnflag - model2 in func_roatating ... in this one spawnflag modelscale doesnt work :/ Any ideas what i can do? @@Lazarus. he make a fan model he want it work as func_rotating object. so he make a brush with func_rotating parm and as model2 the fan. he want to rescale the model displayed into map, but into func_rotating the parameter "modelscale " not work as in misc_model and misc_model_static. :\ any idea? Solution mrwonko Posted February 11, 2015 Solution Posted February 11, 2015 Instead of using model2 you should be able to target a misc_model to the func_rotating, which should keep its modelscale. Asgarath83 and Langerd like this
