Sorry man, but this is just some funny engrish.Translation: I'm so desperate I've started recruiting NPCs to skin models, and create maps for my church. Sounds like an evil conspiracy to kidnap swimsuit models, and have advanced AI skin them in the name of God. This could be a sweet mod. Someone needs to make this. I can see it now: "Help Rosh save his supermodel girlfriend from the the clutches of the Noskinitarians before its too late!" Spoiler: Kyle is God.
