Aaelym Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Hello, I've recently picked up weighting using Mr.Wonko's .glm extensions and everything has worked perfectly fine. I've went through the hierarchical processes and learned how to rig up armature modifiers. However, it seems I've hit somewhat of a roadblock in a model I've been working on recently. I used Tavion's head (similar to the jedi_trainer piece) and added it to the hs_anakin skull. I edited/deleted some vertices in order to shape the hair around the head. Everything else I've exported/frankensteined seems to be working properly. Then again, this is the first time I actually edited anything. I think the UV Map has a seam in it or not but I'm curious as to if anyone can take a whack at this? From the screenshot, the UVMap seems to wrap fine, however it's when exporting I'm flooded with coordinate errors and blada blada: https://jkhub.org/albums/n7ik5 errors: https://jkhub.org/images/ytZ5pYa.png .blend file and tavion_head texture: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B7fyOJtCov8gZG9YRG5oTjRFMFk&usp=sharing Any help would be appreciated!
mrwonko Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Sounds very much like a UV problem. There may be a face with no UV Map, or a face with less than 3 vertices, but the latter should be impossible...
Aaelym Posted April 17, 2014 Author Posted April 17, 2014 Do you think you could take a look at the .blend file and see what you come up with?
Pande Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Couldn't find any issues. Also couldn't test glm export though because I kept getting invalid base path error and after 2 minutes testing different paths I gave up. ;p One curious thing though, what's with this?
Maui Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Try to get out of edit mode when trying to export the glm, that will help.
Veosar Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Confirmed, had the same error and getting out of edit mode while exporting fixed it Maui likes this
