Well that would be fine and all but there are quite a few maps that would need to be made completely from scratch. We were also trying to look ahead and make a lot of textures so that the mod would be Rend2 ready. The AT-ST for instance if you look in the PK3 it has all the necessary files and maps to take advantage of Rend2.

You can't just volunteer people. :P 

 

I'd love for DF1, DF2, and MOTS to all get great and complete mods in JKA, but there just aren't enough mappers anymore for all these projects. :( At least not skilled ones.

I've recently installed Radiant and tried looking at some example maps but it would take some time before I'm to the point to where I can actually make a working SP level. My time is stretched very thin across multiple hobbies, work and GF.

I've split the videos out of DF2_assets.pk3. Current pk3s are:

 

- DF2_assets.pk3 = currently 187MB

- DF2_videos.pk3 = currently 528MB

 

All videos have been converted to RoQ format.

I'll let you know soon but I plan on making another revision to the AT-ST which I'll give to you to add to the assets. I want it to have another LOD for collision purposes since it still is a bit unstable in the vanilla engine and even though OpenJK wont crash from the transform space error it should still help with performance.
