Unfortunately, having trouble running MBII properly, and I suck with linux still. I'm 2 weak...

You don't suck, it's Linux that sucks. Never had more problems with that OS. In college the night before my term paper was due my Ubuntu computer wouldn't boot so I had to reformat it and take the L on the paper. Never used Linux since.
