      I remember this happening to me as well awhile ago. No idea what the problem was/is.

      Probably Mr. Kaczyński's fault. Try moving to a democratic country and see if download works properly.

    It seems I can't convert music file from .mp4 to .mp3 so it would work ingame. What are the requirements? :P

      Yeah bitrate shouldn't matter. The high it is, the better quality it will be.

    Can something else than normal image (jpg, png) be used as icon_default in game? Like a gif, or maybe even roq?

      Yes, I've seen several models/skins with animated icons. You'll need each individual image for the gif, though.

      Spanki use a shader to coordinate an animation made of several pictures. :)
