MagSul Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 In an attempt to make the Yavin Temple a bit more lively, I've put two NPCs in front of the movable blocks. The NPCs push the blocks just fine, but they cannot pull them back. Their Force Pull level is set to level 3. In the video, mine is set to level 1. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to amend this problem? https://youtu.be/2GkXKr82XTU ooeJack and Penekowski like this
Noodle Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 I have no idea how to fix that pull issue, but couldn't you just script the block to move back without having the NPC do it for you? Just give it a task that makes it move to it's original position and play the pull sound. Langerd likes this
Solution MagSul Posted May 9, 2017 Author Solution Posted May 9, 2017 That had occurred to me, but I'm not clever enough to implement that idea. Researching it is my back up! Interestingly, if I step in front of the NPC when they attempt a Force Pull, I get tossed around quite a bit! EDIT: I had a moment of inspiration and cheated. I've placed a small func_static in their path! They're now working as desired. ooeJack, Langerd, Smoo and 1 other like this
