Decompile the map, load map file t2_rogue_converted on GTK Radiant 1.5.0 nice configurated, remove the brush (i suppose is a no clip brush) and rebuild the map. :)

Sorry, i not have t2_rogue_converted. >_<

Oh yeah you can do that. Except you have to redo all the vis work. Detail/structural brushes. Lights, texture alignment and scale, misc_model placement.

Yes! THAT'S is the big trouble! :D LOL, sorry if i forgotten some details about the terrible work yu need to make for fix a decompiled map. :(
