Psyk0Sith Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Why? just because it's a classic and simple character. Built from modified bespin cop torso + bald head human jedi + some modified jedi pants. If anyone has time to waste and wants to contribute NPC's + bots send them my way. I found suitable sounds in the stock assets, unless you have better ones. Circa Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Very nice!! I can help out wherever you need. @@Jeff was looking for this I believe.

Omicron Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Well, SW Soudnboard has Lobot sounds, but they're just random computer sounds and beeps really. http://starwars.com/play/online-activities/soundboards/#/?theme=41
Circa Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Approved. https://jkhub.org/files/file/1790-lobot/ Omicron likes this
Kualan Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Just one quick fix: .skin files link the computerb surface with a computerb texture that doesn't exist, resulting in half the headpiece not being textured. Editing the line to link the surface to the same texture as the computera surface fixes this. Psyk0Sith likes this

Hmm strange, it worked fine for me after i took out the duplicate texture, it's possible i had a leftover somewhere. I did this to flip the anim sequence on the other side like in the movie. I'll update the file tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.
Kualan Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Oh that's what a Lobot is. I always assumed it was a sort of play on 'Lando's robot'. Only just learned that it's actually a reference to the guy being lobotomised. And no problem @@Psyk0Sith
Circa Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Oh, it's updated now, by the way. Same link above. Link and Psyk0Sith like this
Kualan Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Great model altogether, and so quickly put-together. Nice job.
