  1. If you could ask the developers of Jedi Outcast one question, what would it be? 👀

I have another one, honestly curious about this one because of some dialogs in the game, but if I had to choose, the previous one takes the high ground 😁

Some of us modders have figured out while digging the files and the code that there must've been some cutting room floor in some areas, could you tell us about an interesting deleted scene that didn't make it to the final game?

Even though it was a very busy work and a long time ago (in a galaxy not so far away), during Jedi Outcast's development, what funny moments do you remember at the office? Any interesting anecdotes?

  3. This is a proof of concept I'm working on, this map was done on 6 hours, It's been almost 10 years since I map seriously so I had to rust of the tools.

The concept is, with a minimum of 3 players, you get a point every second while you are standing on a pillar, and an extra 3 points every time you jump to another pillar, if you touch the floor, your points are reset to zero, wins the first to reach 300 points.

    Any suggestions?

I am a complete noob with ICARUS, I should start learning that for some things. From what I can understand, I could use ICARUS to have up to eight internal values for every entity, that includes the players.

I'll take a look into that.

I improved the concept just a bit, but it needs polishing:

When you die on a pillar by someone, you respawn on another pillar, so you don't lose your points if you're just killed (instead of pushed off). Also, while someone is standing on a pillar, the spawnpoint of that pillar is disabled

A special mention; to make this actually works, a serverside mod that modifies target_score to be able to reset someones score is needed.

  6. I decided not to go to watch episode 9. I think it's not worth paying 8.6 dollars for that movie.

I went with some friends to spend the day out and it was great because of that, he theater was new and use some kind of new nechnology, 9€ well spent.

The movie was ok, I wouldn't recommend going alone for such a film.

I'm starting to write an idea for a map, danm, it's been so long since I touched any JK tool, GTKR 1.4 feels old af now.

I read something about using blender to map and then port it to GTKR, is that really a thing now? Because if that really works... just, wow.
