  1. Yes he appears in SP character creation menu for me, but I just tested and the skin doesn't apply to the model so then I took a look at your skin files. They are not correct you have the entire model listed in the head, torso, and leg skin.   3. It is and I'm not sure how the BF2 mods work but all you'd need is the textures from the mod.
  4. Yep just swap the textures 1- open the texture you want from the "imperial" model in base with MS paint or whatever program 2-copy the texture and paste it into the matching texture in the imperial trenchcoat pk3 3- Done
  5. You realize the model has already been done it's just a skin that would work with the JA port.
  6. I took a look and your icons are the problem, the textures are fine. Quick and easy fix is open them in MS paint and save a copy then move them into your pk3. I tested it and it fixed the issue.
  7. You can just swap the textures from the base Jedi Academy model to do that.

  16. There's already Neo Crusader models out there just use a lightsaber with one and there you go.

Have you tried it without the "_humanoid" folder in there that may cause issues if certain people have a different "_humanoid" folder that loads after that, or try renaming the pk3 with "zzzz" at the front so it loads last. So instead of your pk3 as "MalinGale" rename it to "zzzzzMalinGale". As far as the skin files and shaders they look correct for both.

  21. Yes I do use gimp to make textures. I'm just being honest with my questions, but if you want to get the ball rolling post some screenshots or videos of your work, then people can get an idea of what your doing and maybe find interest to help. Btw hang in there family stuff can get rough at times but in the end they're still your family even through bad times.
  22. If your doing the maps why would you need textures for the maps? That doesn't make sense.
  23. The idea of this mod will go nowhere unless you have something to contribute other than ideas. Take some time and learn a skill whether it be skinning, modeling, mapping, or coding. The tutorials on this site are a great starting point. Then others may join you but at this point you just want everyone else to do the work for you.
