Hey what's the NPC playermodel thing for SP on The unhooded version with TLJ and Caped and The masked version name Of Playermodel Here's an example "/playermodel Kylo_Ren_tlj Which That won't work can anyone help?

There is no NPC for the TLJ version. To achieve what you want (and the proper way to do it anyway for SP) is this:
/playermodel kylo_ren model_default_tlj model_default_tlj model_default_tlj
Yes, type it three times. Like what Ramikad said.
