  1. Uploading no mods is better idea rather than suffering members' complains and their rights. Nowadays, GDPR is issued in Europe and I'm getting afraid of copyright although I am korean.
  2. Maybe Everybody say "It's Palpatine." At one's point of view, that's right. But he's too old to wield it like a protagonist of novels and movies. There are only few characters that fit in lightning. First example is starkiller. He is young enough and has familiar images with lightning. And he is a genius in this field, too. Second example is your custom character whose age is young enough. Though custom character has no images familiar to any force powers, that's why you can substitute any images to your character. By doing this, your character can fit in lightning or anything else as much as you like. On the contrary, existing characters like Luke Skywalker or Kyle kartan don't fit in lightning. Maybe they can use it if they want to. But image between them and lightning doesn't fit! They also created their own images for many years. In short, they are old man, too. They would better wield a lightsaber and use telekinesis rather than trying to use lightning. My opinion is this! Force lightning is not only a symbol of unlimited power of Sith Lord but also a symbol of bravery and youth and a great tool of young protagonists!!
  3. Every dual or staff saber wielder rarely switches to single style called ManualDeactivation. But there are two exceptions. And then he quickly woke up with lightsaber throw! I automatically blocked it. And he retrieved his saber. But his style was not staff. It was medium style called ManualDeactivation!! But after few seconds, he finally switched to staff style. Anyway, are there other ways to make dual or staff saber characters switch to single style?
  4. It seems that saberStyle limitation cannot be functioned for both sides. When you use a saber which has saberStyle limitation, a saber of opponent is disabled. I've experienced multiple times and it's very weird. But it can be fixed if you install openjk or jke. --> My misunderstanding, It didn't worked even if I install OpenJK.
  5. I experienced the same happening in the past. At that time, I spawned random npcs repeatedly to do lightsaber combat. Then suddenly Kyle who wields short lightsaber appeared! His original saber length was 40 but it was shorter than 20. And with that saber, he couldn't hurt me. I think it was error of JKA and I don't know how to fix it. I'm willing to reinstall your game.

  8. I collected sources and textures in other mods and recreated another mod. Although creator of that mod is me, I recklessly used others' materials and ingredients. But I think that mod must be uploaded in JKub file section. Is it okay to upload it? Is this against JKhub permission?
  9. I've tried several tests about it. .sab file could restrict enemies' saber style and Ready Animation but couldn't limit taunt Animation. It seems that not all functions of sab file works on npcs. It's very irritated.

Unless he sense and begin to gaze you, he never activate his suicide bombing ability. Use force sense(level 3 required) and aim for his head with your blaster rifle(altfire is recommended). 2. If he sense you, perhaps he will follow you. First, approach him closely, and then dodge(force jump level 2~3 required) backward as soon as possible. The longer distance between you and him, the more safer you are.
  12. I've downloaded 'Vibrosword Bundle' in JKhub and applied in my game. With new models, I couldn't load vjun3 level. In short, that level won't begin. I was stuck in loading screen. But when I deleted shaders of models, I could load vjun3 level. The problem I suffered is fixed! But I feel uneasy because of upcoming error. Is it right to delete shader files? If unknown error occured due to removing it, What should I do?
  13. I think success percentage of push/pull is based on opponent's current stance. If he distracted his stance himself because of swinging a saber, and if you used force push or pull at that moment, your skill would success. And it's related on hardcoded JKA itself. Well, I cannot explain this because it is very complicated.
  14. I regard Force Powers as a cheap trick. Those are just tools for fighting, no more, no less. And even if someone has special abilities similar to Force or Magic. It's not very worth than you thought. Whether protagonist has super powers or not, if he has an indomitable will, he can accomplish anything! I think that's why JKA game makers developed most of Force skills not very spectacular.

  16. I don't know well.. But I think it is graphic problem. I usually download and apply model mods in the jkhub. If that model doesn't fit your game or computer, black and white silhouette appears.. however it seems that it occurs at default asset of jka. Did you download and apply saboteur's new model in jkhub or other website? If it is true, try to download Pakscape utility in Jkhub and open .pk3 file of that mod. And find 'shader' folder and delete it, and then save .pk3 file. After that, you should put that mod file to 'base' folder of your JKA game.
  17. tauntAnim BOTH_ENGAGETAUNT I used this code on .sab file to restrict npc's taunt Animation. But It only worked to player. Enemies using this weapon(.sab file) are using default taunt animation. As you know, it's an animation that a saber hilt is spun by an enemy on his left hand. I want to replace this animation to another but can't find a way. How can I do that?
  18. It worked! Thanks However npcs riding a horse cannot follow very well. Anyway, I've just received Lebargo's comment. As I expected, he spawned jawas right above the tauntaun so that they fall to ride it automatically. But he said that it's not working in MP.
  19. While I was playing JKA sp, I used Force Grip to a stormtrooper so that he dropped a blaster rifle. And then I took it in my inventory. Therefore finally he lost his own weapon, all he could do is just turning around and raising his both hands. That was so gloomy. But suddenly a puny reborn appears, I confront and defeat him. During combat, I've already used 'G_saberpickuppabledroppedsabers 1' cheat code. So reborn could drop his saber hilt after he is defeated. As you know, he dropped it. But you know what? The stormtrooper who was raising his both hands picked up that lightsaber! And he also used medium and fast style!! Gunner AI from JKO and JKA can pick up dropped rifles, I know this. But I didn't notice that dropped saber hilt is possible, too. Anyway, that stormtrooper could slash a saber but couldn't deflect blaster bolt because he didn't have Saber Defense. Also he could not escape from my Force Grip. As you know, any player or npc who doesn't have any Force Power cannot possess Force gauge. It means that player or npc is non-Force-Sensitive. If he earns at least one force skill, he can be a force sensitive so that he's able to use Force Push while gripped by opponent's Force Grip in the air even if he doesn't have Force Push skill. But that stormy didn't have any powers, so he died more faster than I thought.

  21. Look at this picture, this mod is 'offworld Jawa from Mandalorian' from JKhub. In this image, Npcs who are made by Lebargo(JKhub member) are riding tauntaun. In short, even if they are just npcs, they're riding vehicles!! How can I do that? How can I make them ride vehicles? I tried several tests. 1. I spawned npcs by using cheat codes and used Force Grip to move them over the vehicle. But gripping npc from player side was not easy. And when I succeeded in loading a npc over the vehicle, suddenly he was about to attack the vehicle that he was riding. That experience was quite weird... 2. I used 'noclip' cheat code and floated player over the vehicle, and I spawned a npc, and then spawned npc was successfully rided. But suddenly he was about to attack the vehicle that he was riding. In conclusion, it's very difficult to load them on the vehcile. I wanted to make my cavalry troops(mounted troops) in JKA.....

  23. M&B is 'Mount and Blade' which contains many mods such as pendor and pantasy 2018. It's sandbox game with unlimited freedom. Anyway, my question is this. Q. Is it possible to combine M&B and Jedi Academy lightsaber combat system? M&B has many weapons and items but combat system is not that great comparing with JA combat system. There are few star wars mods in M&B such as Star wars Conquest and Star wars bear force II. But they are no match for JO and JA.
  24. Do you know that? When you use force grip on imperial officer or imperial co-worker who uses blaster pistol, they don't drop it on the floor but disappear. In short, blaster pistol dosen't remain as a dropped item similar to blaster rifle or other weapons. If we use 'G_saberpickuppabledroppedsabers 1' cheat, lightsabers that enemy used are dropped on the floor so that we can pick them up and use. But blaster pistol cannot be done. So I have a question. Q. How do I make blaster pistol be dropped on the floor? I want to pick it up and use it.
  25. Although you use any mod, basic combat style is always running pattern. And in MP, I couldn't earn movie like feeling. On the countary, [star wars movie duel 1 or 2] is similar to movie because its story is lightsaber combat in real star wars episode. Anyway I've created my own pattern and modified established SP mods into my custom mods. I am just enjoying jka with my own toy. It's no big deal.
