Hm. I think it's a VPN then. Cause one moment it's 193.x.x.x then it's 87.x.x.x then 77.x.x.x etc... I used timeout 1 to keep him from joining, fortunately he gave up after 20 or so minutes.

You can teleport a fair bit by dropping FPS drastically and then back up but I don't know how distant you were talking about - maybe from FFA3 courtyard to the ship - I've seen people shoot all the way up from FFA5's main platform right to the roof... If they're using Q3fill, Luigi has a thing (sorry can't put it any better) where it allows max number of connections per 15(?) seconds. That one is going to require a bit of modification on your own 'cause as far as I remember the default is 3 connections. I would have thought JA+ already fixed the max number of connections? About the Luigi one, it has downsides. Can't connect more than once under the set seconds or you won't get in for about a minute. Hope you get this solved. @@Caelum maybe you could put up Luigi's fix for botting in the server security tutorial.

Pretty much as the title says. This guy has several IPs, I'm not even referring to him changing one position only but the whole thing. Is there a way I can find out his actual IP or what not and get rid of him for good?

Yep you got that right. But there's a catch. This was a VPS that I rented but decided to abandon because of lag issues. It's not prominent, about a lil' spike for me on a 200 ping to it but it's intermittent like once in every 20 seconds or so. I'm guessing those on a lower ping won't feel it as much. Twice a day I've also noticed CPU % spikes despite running nothing - those who rent VPS/dedis will know what's going on with the host...*cough* but I did pay peanuts... Anyway, the VPS will be up for another month til 30/12 and since I already have 3 other servers, I'm going to let it go to someone else who can put it to better use. Specs: 2.10 ghz 2 GB RAM 10 GB free space 450 GB bandwidth Los Angeles. Windows 2008 R2 Please note I've never gotten 200 players connected so I don't know how many people it'll hold but I'm guessing ±50 ____________ What you will get: 1. Rcon if you don't know what goes into a server. 2. FTP access if you know what goes into a server, but no uploading of porn and violent stuff well basically nothing unrelated to JKA. If you're looking to run big mods (Lugor/MB2/JA+ etc) you're going to have to guide me through it since it's been 2 years >.< I touched any of those. ___________ If you're a mod creator - not talking about small mods but the bigger ones out there - and I see you've got a decent rep within the JKA community, perhaps we can talk about giving you full RD access. Nope. I'm running a base server. Still looking to keep it base so looking for a standalone fix with no mods (when I say mods I mean like JA+ all those big ones)

As the title says. I've banned this guy for overflowing everyone out but the problem is it's spreading like fleas. I don't know if any mods out there have this but I'm looking for a fix without an extra mod. I've no idea how it might work, like a DLL change or something >.<
