It, for some reason... Looks tasty. Literally.

Judging from the station screenshots, the scale is good. OFC I haven't played it myself, it might look completely different from in-game perspective, but I don't see anything too small. However the street looks underscaled.

I have a strong urge to post this on some other forums and tell everyone how good a game engine from 1999 can still look.

Don't know about you, but seeing that players STILL discover things like these nearly 10 years after release excites me.

This is still star warsy... The map minds me a lot about artus_mine or t2_rancor. Which is an awesome thing!

Yep, it works, turning SSAO off got rid of the visual glitches and turning flux off allowed me to change my brightness. (However without qeffects I can change the brightness with flux on, weird.)

Also, those pics WERE taken in SP, I just used /devmap ffa_bespin. Oh, and what exactly does SSAO do? Am I missing a lot of visual awesomeness when I have it turned off?

My graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400 XT. Oh, and I can't change brightness with this.

it's  not a patch, it's a mod

Just press ''players'' and it will show you the most populated servers.

This has been my 'jka sequel' dream for years, but there is a slight problem with playing as Kyle. Since Jaden is a customized character and has a different look for anyone playing it, they can't simply create a 'npc jaden' character. If include Jaden in the game, he must be the main character.

This is an awesome map even in this state. Just imagine how amazing the finished map will be.

Windows 8 certainly wasn't the success Microsoft thought it would be. (Yeah, because people that use laptops are totally going to accept a new, crappy hybrid between touchphones and laptops) And so, because there's nothing else interesting to do right now, let's speculate. Will the next Windows return to the old, superior interface or will the poor laptop users be forced to use more and more of touchcrap?
