      Modding kind of died off with tech3/4.

       

      Anything else is not really full scale modding.

      Correction: Most AAA games don't allow modding. Plenty of smaller games allow for it (PAYDAY 2) and there are exceptions to the AAA (Skyrim, CS:GO)
