    How can you make an NPC with an E-11 rifle shoot in rapid bursts instead of single shots? I've seen some NPCs do that, so is it possible to modify any NPC of my choosing to do so?

      Pretty sure only the Boba class can do that in JKA. In JK2 it was the altFire line that did it, but that doesn't work in JKA, iirc

      Boba's Class makes the NPC invincible, right?

      It's also possible to achieve that through scripts, if the situation allows for it. You can set a timer and different rates of fire that alternate between them.
