Well usually interns don't completely make the final project from scratch.

It says he just made the weapon, including renders and marketing material, which probably just means those images. I'm sure he was a 3D modeling intern. Their internships look extremely beneficial, I would have done their audio internship but it was open to Sweden residents only.
