I was thinking that but I don't want it to be too obvious xD

I never even got to fight though that's the problem lol.

I tried Movie Battles once.. It got annoying because every time I joined a match I was a bloody spectator and couldn't do anything but watch people having a good time playing the damn thing.

A few of you ( @@Flynn, etc.) may remember that I posted an arpeggio that I liked (https://soundcloud.com/armoured-fury/very-nice-arrpergio) a few weeks ago. Anyhoo I decided to go back to it and work on it some more because I knew what I wanted to go with it, I always knew that I wanted some sorrowful strings playing over it. So I finally did a bit of messing around and made a little strings section, I closed my eyes and I played pretty much what/how I feel/felt inside (not had a great past really but yeh it kinda helped when making this xD ) It's my first time making a strings section so I hope I didn't do too bad lol. So this is what I have now and I hope you guys like it https://soundcloud.com/armoured-fury/a-little-song-im-working-on

Saw this the other day and, as a 3D model artist and animator myself, I pretty much said "FAKE!" within the first 15 seconds. Then again it doesn't really take a genius to figure that out I mean seriously how are them things even flying? How did they build them so godamn fast AND get them to fly? Don't even get me started on the AT-AT's lol.

@@Pande yeh true French horns, I only really listen closely if I want to re-make a song but good ear!

VST means "Virtual Studio Technology" in case you were, and probably were, wondering. It allows one to have an entire orchestra at ones fingertips, to compose scores for music, television and games. I know that tv shows such as Doctor Who have their music performed with actual instruments and such but yeh. This is a great example of VST composition (I really love them trumpets in the background at 0:37, gives it such character (not sure if you can hear them lol) I hope that my fellow musicians like this too!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs3H0mK8nPg

Sneek Peek at my Sith Temple map
CaptainCrazy replied to PK_Azlon's topic in WIPs, Teasers & Releases
No offense but how does that even work? I thought there was always the "Rule of Two" factor to take into consideration. I suppose there's that whole SWTORo thing but yeh.. Looks great either way -
I'd like to stick to the original designs and not make realistic interpretations xD

@ I believe that @@JAWSFreelao was, and maybe still is, working on a CW mod but I'm not certain how far along that is. Would be nice however to construct a team from the ground up rather than just jump into one half way lol. Anyhoo this is meant to be an introduction thread so we should probably take it to private messaging if you want?

Well I can easily skin it but it's too high poly to put into this engine so yeh. Could always make a low poly version though I guess. When I say it's not finished it means I'm not 100% happy with it but hey I'm a perfectionist so yeh xD I really did like the Clone Wars series and occasionally consider actually making maps and characters in that style for JA but would be a lot of work for one person. It'd need to be in a sort of pastel coloured cartoon/stylized, well, style too which is kinda not the norm for this game.

*shrugs* I dunno.

What is the oldest program you use?
CaptainCrazy replied to IrocJeff's topic in Art, Media & Technology
Can't say as I've had a lot of hard drives lol. But I think I'd have to say Morrowind xD -
I like Ahsoka she's awesome! Listened to an interview on the radio half a year ago where the woman that voices her was doing a Q&A, sadly I got in too late and my question wasn't answered I actually made a low poly version of her lightsaber too Never finished it though xD https://skfb.ly/yHos

I was considering it recently but, well to put it bluntly, I don't like my hard work having to be reduced to such low low quality. It's something I have to get used to I suppose... I do have the experience when it comes to sculpting in ZBrush and Mudbox but I just think it's a waste to spend so much time sculpting it only to have it reduced to something sub-par.

Yeh take a screenshot or twelve because what you deem to be slightly abnormal may actually be normal xD -
Missing Shaders GTKradiant, Star Trek Elite Force.
CaptainCrazy replied to RemcoHell's topic in General Tech Support
You can use Winrar to do it... Just open each one up and see which one has shaders then extract them -

Have you tried extracting the shaders folder from the .pk3? -
Well as we can see from this picture, he has just shaved his face and is now checking it in the mirror.

Where can I find this Utapau map ?
CaptainCrazy replied to Śăļvõö's topic in Mod Requests & Suggestions
Well this one was made by Sith-J-Cull so I'm guessing it has to be it. It's part of a map pack and I've ran around this particular map a few times and, judging by your pictures, it seems to be the right one. http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Star_Wars_Episode_III_JKA_Map_Pack_Part_2;44558#Download -
