AshuraDX Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Substance does that quick and reliable for me, even in a non destructive matter. I can simply update one of the 2 maps and it will autoupdate the combined one.
Psyk0Sith Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Quixel has NDO which does a bunch of stuff like that, also allows to paint details and modify the bevel type.
Archangel35757 Posted September 15, 2016 Author Posted September 15, 2016 @@AshuraDX - I believe you can do this non-destructuvely as well in Photoshop using smart objects. @@Psyk0Sith - there's an nDO plugin for photoshop also.
Psyk0Sith Posted September 17, 2016 Posted September 17, 2016 Indeed there is, it was the first step that launched the quixel suite. I believe they dropped support/updates for the free version when they packaged the new one into the suite.
