Where can I find this mace windu skin? (skin request)

This mace windu skin is from a mod called tales of the sith lord. I found it in moddb.

I thought that no one had this skin but I found it in some screenshots from clone wars stances and effects mod:

Not quite, the screenshot that ViceK has linked is a reskin of Spanki's Windu. Not sure where to find it though.

Although it seems to be a few years ago, might be worth trying to contact one of the project members from ToSL. One of them was online 3weeks ago and another 21hours ago (from now), so try sending Serenity937 or Bliznez a PM on moddb.
