Unknown Font

Hey everyone, I have had this nagging question about what font this is. If anyone here reconizes it please let me know. It looks like a font from a video game, I do know the skinner who made the models was a legacy of kain fan also. the skins were made around 2003-2005. Forgive me for the low quality picture, its from a modeldefault icon.

This font may not be from that game or from other Legacy of Kain series games, the font used ingame looks different.
 

Have you contected the author of the skin? Here's one website that you should check  http://www.myfonts.com/morelike/121030/

I did a font search last night on this, where you answer questions about your font, and I came up with nothing.

That worries me, I wish i knew who did the original skins, but I never meet or knew the author. It looks like it may have been his own created font. If anyone knows a font even remotely similer or a good replacment let me know.

Shamrock is a pretty close one, at least on the "A".

I find "What the Font!" to give better results. Tried it here and didn't get anything though. Maybe you can mess around with it.

Whatthefont struggles because of the pixelation most likely; I use it a lot for work when customers bring in their own designs but have no idea what font was used on their logos, it's generally pretty accurate.

 

@@leadarc are there no better quality images using the same typeface? I've never played the game so I have no idea.

No, it came from our clan skin pack, on the default model icon. I have thought about trying to clean it up to the best of my ability. I have been updating the models since the author left our group.

Ahhh... I recognize it. That's the "Dark Crystal" font my friend. Here... take a look:
