Circa Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 All free ones suck for the most part. iMovie is probably the best free one, but is only on Mac. If you're just making a simple video with music, Windows Movie Maker works fine, if that even still exists in Windows 7/8. Link to comment
