About This File

This is a small collection of new fonts for the chat and various other areas of the game, such as the minimal hud and weapon selector.

Fonts included in this pack:

Arial (Light)

Helvetica

Tech Advanced

They are a great way to spruce up the old game and give it a new look. Besides, the default chat font is awful.

NOTE: This currently only works in base. Not sure about other mods.

What tool did you use to create these fonts? Hopefully we can fix a bit of the kerning/alignment if that tool is open-source.

EDIT: nvm, just saw credits on right-hand side ;)

I'd love it if that could be fixed! Also, a Mac version would be epic. :)

These are windows fonts so it would take a lot of coding to convert these fonts over to Mac, given that there is no guarantee that it'll work. Also @Omicron if you want comic sans ms just download the JAFont tool and do it yourself. (Hint: Edit test.bat) I did although it was pretty lame because it doesn't replace all the fonts.

Err... these fonts are for JKA only. Not Windows. They can't be used for Windows or Mac. I was referring to a Mac version of JAFont. And if you want to replace other fonts, you have to name them the correct filename to replace the font of your choice. You can't really call a mod lame just because it doesn't do what you want it to. It does what I want it to and if you want something different, do it yourself.

No no Circa my friend, I was referring to the fonts used in the JAFont to make these fonts you released. I didn't say the JAFont tool or your font tool was lame, I was referring to the effect making the Comic Sans Ms font compatible with Jedi Academy. I hope we are clear on that.
