How would I do that?

On a different note:: you should switch shadows type to something better (check those 3d options and switch) This shading type is faceted and makes this old engine look even older.

Not to be rude, but this model isn't that good. It has clipping issues everywhere, the body is screwed up, and there's a lot more wrong to it.

 

BUT, don't give up modeling cause of a few bad opinions, they are just honest criticism that should help when you're making a model next time, and the more you make, the better your models will be.

1. Open zz_zkylorenreplacement.PK3 in winrar/winzip

2. Go to models/players/kylo_ren_nomask folder

3. Edit model_default_tljb with wordpad or notepad

4. Find line torso_cape_tlj,models/players/kylo_ren/cape.tga and change it as torso_cape_tlj,*off

5. Save

there's a weird shader thing on the back where it shows transparent.
