      Well technically any change to the settings you make ingame will change it in jaconfig and jampconfig, so that warning is a bit silly. It probably just means "DO NOT TOUCH IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING" but in reality if you screw it up, you can just delete it and it will generate a brand new default one for you.
