Yeah. That's what happened to me before I had a CD holder. I must have bought a copy of JKA around 5 times because I'd use Disk 1 and then leave it around instead of looking for the right case out of my 50 others.

My disk 2 would be in perfect condition from rarely ever being brought out of the case whilst disk 1 would be scratched or lost.

I'd hate to condone piracy but I honestly don't see the reason to purchase a digital copy (steam) after spending so much on the...

Value doesn't mean much to me ._. I never resell games. I'd either keep them until I fancied playing them again or until I forgot to put them back into my holder and lost / scratched them.
