Hate to repair my bubble but cg_fov is capped at 97 with "any mod".
I'd rather not use modified .exes ^^ ty for the suggestion, even if it is a year late.

Does it only work on your own server?
It's client-sided. It works on all servers and any mod which doesn't use its own cgamex86.dll.
If the mod does use its own version then I guess it's up to you, if you know enough about what the dll does, to decide whether you want to use it.
I'm pretty sure it might work in singleplayer but I haven't tested it.

The sounds are nice and clean; I can't hear any background noise.

The only things I would change (add?) would be:
Adding additional sounds for some of the noises which weren't covered such as saberonquick.wav.
On a side note: Why did you edit the sabers to add the additional .wav files? Would they not have worked without editing the .sab file?

I don't, however, like the eyes of Kyle.
If you don't mind me saying so, they look hollow. They're far too bright compared to the rest of his skin.
The rest of his body looks great.
After seeing all of the other high resolution re-textures, I couldn't wait for one to be made for characters.
You have done a great job of it. I thoroughly commend you.

Nice effort.
I personally think that this could be improved by using a shader which doesn't make the text in front of it harder to read ._.
That's just my opinion ^.^ Perhaps that text is easily read by you.

Amazing. I love how pure the sounds are. I can't hear any background music, voices or other noise.

I don't see a screenshot ._. I just see a picture of Darth Maul smiling at me. Is that your menu?
Edit: Neat. The overall style reflects the original menu but has a slight hue change to red to represent a darker alignment.

Ah. Fair does. I just thought people would be more hesitant to submit their bandwidth if they didn't know what they were downloading.

Thanks for the correction. I honestly didn't think of replacing "flattened" with "vertical". I'll replace my uploaded file with your code, if you don't mind.

You should have read my first comment. Doing that is impossible as it will always default to the one in assets1.pk3.
Edit: If you don't believe me then feel free to make a new version which uses a separate pk3. Don't forget to test it <3

It should be noted that creating a new .shader file with a new definition of the desert_0 shader does not work.
The game will simply override your newly created shader with the original.
For this reason, I replaced the original quicktrip.shader file with this new one to trick the game into thinking that it's still using all of the original shaders.

Sorry ^.^ I don't know enough C to be able to change variables from CVAR_ROM to anything else.
I'm not even sure which project the g_gravity cvar is contained inside.
If it requires changing an .exe then you'll have to find another person to do it as I'm terrible at that.

I'm pretty sure pure servers only let you connect if you have the exact same files as them. If the server had this then it wouldn't be base
