He has since tracked down the offenders and executed them for their treason. With their programming back to normal, the offending song has been removed and will no longer play. AI IMPROVEMENTS - NPCs fighting for the light side of the Force can no longer kill each other on accident (or on purpose). Previously fixed, but never noted in the 8/29/18 patch. MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES - Captain Phasma's blaster immunity will now be given to players who play as her. - Players who pick Darth Talon will now be given her correct lightsaber. - Fixed an issue where players could crash after the intro video played if they didn't hit "spacebar". - Fixed a glitch in the system where the NPC spawner would instead cause the main menu music to play.
  4. Hello everyone! As I'm sure you've read the title, yes, Operation: Knightfall will be delayed indefinitely, however, hopefully not for too much longer. There is a reason for this however. Darth Voiid (the main mission designer for Knightfall) and I discussed in great length how we want the main part of the mission to go. We spent a few hours looking at the Jedi Temple maps we currently have loaded into the mod, and we both came to the same conclusion: It's not going to work. Due to the lack of linearity the map provides, there will be way too much trouble to even attempt to create a mission. There are too many paths in the map, way too easy to get lost, accidentally backtrack. Long story short, we feel that creating the main part of the mission in the Jedi Temple map we have will prove more frustrating than entertaining to you, the playerbase. We have secured a few new mappers on the team who are very eager to get to work, and we've asked them to create a new Jedi Temple map for us. With a new map, we can offer a more linear experience and allow you to enjoy the mission as it is meant to be played. We do of course feel bad that we're only going to release half of a promised update. We promised to release two new missions to you with our next update, and it hurts our hearts to break this promise. In our hopes to make it up to you all, in between the release of Father vs. Son (at 12AM UTC +1 on February 9th) and Operation: Knightfall, we will release a new bonus mission depicting an event shown in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series which I hope you all will enjoy.   6. A fix for the launcher has been uploaded. An error present in earlier versions of the launcher resurfaced and has since been addressed and fixed. You may either download the launcher from the link up above or run the updater to get the new version. If you decide to run the launcher, delete the original KotF-Updater.exe file while the updater is searching for files that need addressing as quickly as possible.
  7. Clean out your base folder of all mods. That's usually the cause.

  10. Do not use the base mod selection to try and open the mod. And there is no virus in the updater. Never has been.

  13. Many have wondered about the state of our next two missions; Operation: Knightfall and Father vs. Son, there have been few details about how close we are to finishing, now it's time to reveal. Voiid and I have been working hard on our respective missions, hoping to deliver the highest possible quality for you all to enjoy. However, as life gets busier for both of us, time to work on the missions gets smaller and smaller. To address any possible thoughts on us getting lazy with the mods, I elected to release the fixes to the Revan vs. Malak mission ahead of schedule. However, this has only delayed the inevitable. As it stands, Father vs. Son is close to completion, with Palpatine's POV remaining. Knightfall on the other hand has taken longer than expected, and we're unsure when it will be done. Fire Phoenix and I talked, and we came to a compromise; if Knightfall isn't complete by February 6th, we will release Father vs. Son by itself on our 1 year anniversary; February 9th. We will then focus efforts on Knightfall, release that, then get to work on the long process of developing 2.2. Tl;dr: Father vs. Son will release on February 9th, confirmed. Oh and here's a trailer.

  15. That tool is used for developing npcs, we actually used it for our own npc's. You can use it to modify any npc's you want though.

MALAK - Revan is no longer a mute, and his dialogue is now fully voiced. Revan's voice was provided by Kevin Smets, the voice behind Logan Starr/Revan in the KOTOR Trilogy. - Revan's appearance has been changed to his Jedi appearance. - Revan's initial walk to Malak will no longer stutter and will be smooth. - Malak will now ignite his lightsaber immediately during his flourish. - Revan will no longer get distracted by whatever he was looking at before, and will now face toward the oncoming ambush. - The player will match Revan's viewing angle and will be facing the correct direction in the respective situation.

  23. Here's your proof: There is no virus, I wrote the thing. It downloads files from google drive and deletes outdated files. If you give the updater permission, it will shut your computer down for you. I added this feature for fans so if they need to update and it's bedtime, or have to be somewhere and want to update without running up their electricity bills. Additionally, a majority of our fans use the launcher and have never experienced issues with their computers crashing or any other issues. The only issue was a brief time when the launcher wouldn't start the mod, but that was fixed.
